BellaVia produces the highest quality Gluten Free products for those that need, or may benefit from them. The founders of BellaVia have family members and friends who have been diagnosed as celiac. Watching their struggles and hearing their disappointment with a lot of the alternatives was the catalyst for the company’s creation.
Our team takes ingredients and manufacturing seriously. When it comes to performance and taste, our products are second to none. Drawing from decades of restaurant experience, our products were designed to perform as close as possible to a traditional pizza crust. We have invested heavily in our facility and equipment to ensure our product’s integrity. Our production facility is dedicated gluten free and we are we are proud to be certified Gluten Free as well. Founded by a Chef, our philosophy is common to all Chefs. Bring people together through enjoyment of good food. We understand why people with gluten sensitivity stay away from certain restaurants taking the rest of their party and your possible revenue with them. They are craving the pizza, pasta and tortillas they remember, but simply can’t eat them or your current offering is not good enough. Our Location
BellaVia produces products in our own dedicated gluten free production facility within Skyway Foods. We are located in Longmont, Colorado just off of I-25 and highway 119.
